The purpose of Select Oklahoma an Economic Development Partnership, Inc. is to support a healthy economy for the State of Oklahoma through legislative advocacy, education, training and development, professional collaboration, and supporting statewide efforts to recruit and retain primary jobs and capital investment.

Membership Levels:
Annual Membership $50 application fee with approval by the Board of Directors
*effective 2022 for existing members, immediately for new applicants

  • Full Member ($950 + $50 application fee) 
  • Associate Member ($350 + $50 application fee) 
  • Affiliate Member ($550 + $50 application fee) 
Advisory Member ($250 + $50 application fee)

Full Member $950
  • Employed on a full-time bases for performing or supervising the performance of others in the economic development profession
  • Voting member
  •  Can serve on board of directors or chair a committee
  • Eligible to serve on Marketing Committee
  • Opportunity to participate in recruiting events on a pay per event basis
    • Must attend an educational training prior to any call trip
  • Must attend one education requirement per year
  • Reside in Oklahoma
  • Represent local and/or regional economic development marketing organizations with office(s) located in Oklahoma
  • Member rate at education programs and conference

Associate Member $350

  • Employed either full-time or part-time with economic development responsibilities
  • Voting member
  • Member rate at education programs and conferences
  • Can serve on committees and as a committee vice chair
  • Not eligible to serve on the board of directors or as a committee chair

Affiliate Member $550

  • For individuals and/or companies who support economic development professional with their services (i.e. engineering firms, contractors, professional services, manufacturer, construction, etc.)
  • Non-voting member
  • Can serve on committees 

Advisory Member $250

  • State government agencies who have an interest in economic development and support
  • Non-voting member
  • Can serve on committees
  • Cannot serve on the board of directors or as a committee chair/vice chair

Honorary Member $0

  • Applicable for all member levels
  • Governor of the State of Oklahoma (current position)
  • Lt. Governor of the State of Oklahoma (current position)
  • Secretary of the Department of Commerce (current position)
  • Past Honorary members as voted by the board 
  • Non-voting member
  • Can be appointed to serve as ex-officio on committees and board of directors
